Format Automatic Receipts - Override Email Communication

At BIP server level, for the complete POD, is there any option to override the TO email address is being used to communicate any email via bursting query?

We know at PARAMETER1 level in the bursting query we can override TOemail address, but this involves modifying one by one each of the datamodels for all the BIP reports, after an instance is cloned from production.

We're looking for some at higher level/instance level for BIP reports.
