When a blank job requisition is created with the Business Justification ‘Replacement’, system should populate the ‘Posting Description’ section with replaced employee’s position description – the job description linked to replaced employee’s position via position profile.

For the ‘Replacement’ business justification, user will select an employee in the ‘Replacement Employee’ field and this employee’s position description will be used to populate the Posting Description during the job requisition creation.

The data synchronization should happen when the user is moving to Job Requisition Details section, selects a value for ‘Replacement Employee’, selects in the ‘Context Segment’ field either 'Task Order’ or ‘Temporary’ value and moves to ‘Posting Description’ section.
