requisition import is failing in case of 2 Active BPA

Summary: we have 2 open BPA for one item and one supplier. one BPA is active from 1-Oct-23 to 30-9-25 and another BPA is active from 6-Nov-23 to 6-Nov 25. the requisition import is failing with error message No BPA found
