Is there like a Word plug-in to automatically reflect changes to a draft contract?

Summary:

For contract authoring in Oracle Contract Management, we understand that at the draft stage, a word document can be downloaded to perform offline updates to the contract terms on Microsoft Word. In doing so, this Microsoft Word document can be sent to the Supplier for further alignment and amendments to the draft contract. Once finalized, the word document can be uploaded back into Oracle where the changes made will be highlighted and compared against the original terms drafted.

Does Oracle have a functionality (such as using a Word Document plugin) that would enable updates or changes made in the word document to automatically reflect in the system's draft contract (removing the need the reupload the word document)?
