Manager cannot search for the course from My Team Learning > Explore
Summary:
Managers can search for this course from Me > Learning > Search and employees also can search for this course from My Learning self-services but managers can not see the course from Team > Learning > Explore. When managers search for this course from Me > Learning > Search, and click on Learn More for this course, from the Actions dropdown, they can see "Assign learning item to Team Member" and using this they can assign to learning to his direct reports but they can not search for this in Explore tab from Team > Learning.
