Redwood - My Team - Learning - Learning Items - default search fails

Hi,

I noticed something strange in our Learning Manager view (SSs below)

1. When the manager enters the page, we see direct reports' current assignments.
2. When we Change the view to Learning Items using the same criteria - Direct Reports, Current Enrollments - We can;t find any matches
3. When we change the Search criteria to All Reports - We see the results

Are we missing some Privs or Profile values enabled? We followed that 23C guide.

The only step we skipped is step no. 6 - as we need to discuss that topic.

Would the default search count as an application-wide saved search we need to enable? That wouldn't make much sense.
