Add "Departments" for LOV filter

HI,
We tried to follow the steps in the documentation for ORACLE improvements to activate and make the "Departments" field available to use as a filter in the various ORACLE pages.
But following the points in the oracle documentation.
the filter is available within HCM Design Studio, but not visible,
Would you have information about this new functionality and possibility.
