If condition for variables.

Hi

i have an account with date format where we enter the loan start date. for ex : 1st may 2020.

Then i pass the loan fixed rate which user enters in begbalance no year to relavant month and year respectively.

Issue is 1st may 2020 is May FY21 in planning years. but for ex if it is jan 2020 it will be Jan FY20 in planning years.

when i run the rule : for ex if its on 1st may 2020, it passes the value to May FY20 which is wrong.
