Form In landing page disappears

There is an issue that the form is not visible in the landing page.

There was no problem for a certain period of time, but suddenly the form is not shown on the landing page.

This is a phenomenon that occurs in multiple instances, not specific instances.

If the problem occurs on the active landing page, the damage is significant.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
