Unable to fetch the Session User\Logged in User Rank

Hi Team,


We are trying to build an OTBI report to fetch the Person Number, Display Name, Max Expected Effort, and RANK.


When I'm fetching all employee details with Rank, it is coming as expected, but when I try to check with Session Variable as USER I mean that Logged user or anyone hard coded employee, then the RANK is showing wrong. For ex: it is showing 1 for all the employees.


I have attached the catalog file and a few screenshots for you to look over and provide the solution for this issue.
