Unable to view Trade Compliance Status Status at Fulfillment Line Level

Hi Team,

We are trying to Use Seeded Orchestration: DOO_SubmitSalesOrderProcess

After we create and submit the sales order, it goes into following error and there is no value under Trade Compliance tab in Fulfillment view:

Just wanted to confirm is it mandatory to get response from GTM and post that only we would be able to see something as below, OR do we get to see these fields and status just after we submit the sales order and Orchestration step: DOO_TradeCompliance is started.

Kindly do let me know if any other details are needed from my end.
