How to get the learner details based on Instructor?

Summary:

Hello All,

We have a requirement to get the learner details based on the instructor. We have created report and used this condition in data model.

"and   wlf_instructor_resources.person_id  = HRC_SESSION_UTIL.GET_USER_PERSONID". But no data is showing for any instructor or user.

Could anyone help me on this?
