Where is the new location for "Refresh Members"?

Summary: It seems that with the last update in FCCS "Member Fresh" has been made obsolete in Data Manager and we are now supposed to use the Application area in FCCS to do this. However, I cannot find the "Data Maps" area under the "Data Exchange" tab as directed int eh Oracle docs: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/enterprise-performance-management-common/diepm/refreshing_data_maps.html


Content (required): I have tried to follow the documentation provided (link above) but I see nothing remotely close to what it states.
