23D Redwood Time and Labor Data Security Policy

Hello All,


We are trying to move to redwood time and labor pages for HR and line managers. When we go in to the new UI as a manager and search for a time card for one of the employees, we get no results even though multiple time cards exist for the time period we are searching. We actually get no results even when it is run wide open.


We followed the below document:


Step 2h says "Make sure that the HXT data security policy is correctly defined so that time and labor managers and line managers access time cards for only the workers that they're responsible for." Not quite sure what is meant by this but we do have data security policies for time cards in place for line managers as we have been live with time and labor for almost 2 years.
