in data exchange how to import mapping accounts that contain a comma

I've tried using Excel and text files to import Data Exchange mapping for accounts that contain a comma.

Will not import mapping for accounts with a comma, no error message imports only accounts with no comma.

using a text file to import mapping with this line does work (trying to limit which accounts are allowed to load data with data load rule)

but this row with an account that contains a comma will not allow me to import mapping in Data Exchange nor in Data Management.

Unemployment Rate, (%, SA)|Unemployment Rate, (%, SA)|||

work-around, able to manually add mapping in Data Exchange for accounts containing a comma.
