Min Max Planning not considering ASL

Summary:

An item is one two different BPAs with two different suppliers for one Procurement BU. An ASL is created to be sourced from Supplier A instead of Supplier B during Min-Max Planning.

The ASL is not honored and is ordering from Supplier B.

The ASL is enabled and has the correct Ship-to Organization defined based on the Requisition BU.

Does Min-Max Planning consider ASLs?
