Process Unfinished Attempts learning process updates offering activity statuses to Completed for learners with a completed attempt that the activity might not reflect. We recommend that you run it once daily.

When using this process, you need to specify the grace period in hours. The process then verifies all SCORM attempts completed before the grace period and updates incomplete activities to Completed using the current date and time.


Some learners have reported that even after hitting 'Save and Close' after completing the learning, their completion progress is not registered in learning cloud. We are hoping the process
