Is it possible to select pov for a report (reference doclet) while previewing a Report Package

Summary:

In Narrative Reporting, I have a report (sourced database from planning), this report is embedded as a reference doclet in a report package.

The report POV has dimensions, one of which is an entity and we are using a user variable for it, is there a way the user can control the entity selection from the Report Package without navigating to EPBCS every time to update the variable, as it becomes a tedious process for them?
