Notification to be sent to multiple users when a new department is created

Summary:

Hi Team,

When a new department is created, a approval notification goes to a person. Now some other person also wants the notification.

In the create Organization approval rule, there is a role added. I have checked in the role there are some users added to that role but only one user gets the notification.

How can we configure for other users as well, can someone please help us in this ?
