Summary:

Unable to restricts the lock/unlock From IBLPN screen Permissions has been removed from user role Container/Lock ,container/unlock

But user still able to add lock and unlock against the LPN (UI HTML), Can I restricts the lock/unlock hyperlink (Nbr Lock)
