OLC integration with Civil Service Learning

Summary:

Is anyone currently integrating OLC with Civil Service Learning - more specifically passing attendance and learner completion statuses from CSL to Learning Cloud? We are using weblinks to punch out to the CSL login page for the training to accessed (post-login) but the training is marked as Completed as soon as the link is used. We don't want to load learning outcomes from this type of training to the External Learning section but instead want to update the original assignment record with the correct data (e.g. if they subsequently didn't complete or pass the training, the original record
