W2 Register Report giving different total when the run in Total mode.

Summary:

We ran the W2 register report twice once Create Totals Report was No and once Create Totals Report as Yes.

For some TRU the box total is different.

We have run the year-end archive and the dates for both the reports runs are the same. 1/1/2023 to 12/31/2023/

Has anyone faced this issue before?
