Summary:

We just realized that learners cannot access the course completion certificate when they complete the training.

Content (required):

When learners complete the training, under the action button, they were able to click "Print Certificate" and download the course completion certification. After updating our environment to Redwood, the system is giving an error URL not found. Does anyone have a solution?
