Oracle Learning Teams M365 license requirements

We are an educational institute using Oracle HCM, among other things.

We are following the instructions to implement Microsoft Teams integration within Oracle Learning (to allow Teams meetings to be arranged to deliver learning), however our Microsoft agreement gives us access to "A" licenses in preference of "E" licenses.

Please could we ask some advice as to whether people have successfully been able to use A5 licenses, instead of the E5 licenses documented by Oracle, to implement the full expected functionality of Teams within Oracle Learning?
