The value of the attribute TEMPLATE_NAME isn't valid.

I am attaching the error log, UI and FBDI Excel I am importing. Even though the template name is right it gives me an error that there is an issue with the template name. I am able to create items with no issues from UI and I select the same template.

Could you please assist?
