Multiple rules kicking -off for absence workflow

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Requirement :-

1. For Legal Entity US , For DB Services Business Unit , Any absence type - Rule 'US _DB_Services' should kick off.

2. For Legal Entity US, For all other Business Units , Any Absence type - Rule 'US_Absence' should kick off.

Attached the rules as configured.

When tested as US Employee and applied one absence type - It is kicking off both the above rules while it should kick off only one relevant rule.
