Visibility of Error message if Approvals are failed

There is no visibility of error message when any requisition / offer approvals are failed.

So, whenever any requsiition or offer is created and goes for approval and if it fails for some reason , there is no visibility of error messgae to recruiter/ hiring manager as to why this requisition or offer is failed.

System allows to submit theri request and after sometime it shows as approval info is locked but it does not show why this request has failed.

Business wants visibility of appropriate error message displayed to hriing team of why this request has failed. They should be able to identify what went wrong in raising the requsiition or offer.
