Etext template output file(.txt) is unable to print Arabic language in sequence

Summary: We have custom Etext template under disbursement payment file formats. In that Supplier name is required to show in Arabic language in output file.

for testing we have mapped supplier name in etext template and it is swapping its position with next field in text output file. Please find the attached document to reproduce the issue
