Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have an absence plan with all of our MX employees enrolled, however one employee is not able to book leave due to there being no balance on her plan. There is no Balance Calculation Date either. I have de-enrolled the employee and then performed the appropriate absence processes to re-enroll and calculate the accrual balances, yet the employee still has no balance/calculation date. This is apparent in both Test and Prod environments.
