Add parameters to BIP report URL

Hello, 

Is it possible to add parameters to a BIP report URL?

My report BIP URL: 

https://***/analytics/saw.dll?bipublisherEntry&Action=open&itemType=.xdo&bipPath=****%2FFixation%20Obj%20Report.xdo&path=****%2FFixation%20Obj%20Report.xdo

Parameters to be added in the URL : PersonID and Year

Variables from BIP report for PersonID and year = P_IUG, P_YR

We need to add Year and PersonID in the URL so that the report directs specifically to the required person and year.

Can someone please help?
