Learning Assignment auto completing after "Activate Assignment"

Dear all,

we created a new initiative based on OTBI analysis on a cours. New learning assignments were created in pending fullfilment status as defined in the initiative. When we go to activate the learning assignment with no offering associated the learning assignment automatically goes to completed status and the system creates a future assignment in "no active offering selected".

Why?

We would expect that after we activate the learning assignment the status goes to:

• no active offering select -> if there is no offering associated (this is not happening)
