Approval workflow configuration for string value with commas

Hi everyone,
How do we set up the rule to check the negation of the workflow rule '(Requisition Fields.result.Primary Location != "XYZ, AB, United States")'. The primary location name goes like this for (==) condition it is working fine but for (!=) it it not taking the whole value. Does anybody have any inputs??
