Business event is not getting trigered

Context: Trying to subscribe to ERP Business Events using ERP Cloud Adapter in OIC Integration.

Situation 1 - The events 'Payables Invoice Validated' and 'Payables Invoice Created' are not being triggered after creation and validation of Invoice (Payables > Invoices > Create Invoice).

Situation 2 - After creating a new Receipt for a Purchase Order (Supply Chain Execution>Inventory Management>Receive Expected Shipments), the events "Create Receiving Receipt Event" and "Create Deliver Transaction Event" are not being fired.

Is there any setup that needs to be done in the ERP in order to enable these Business Events?
