Summary:

How to send FYI notification to project team member roles after project budget is approved? However the way FYI notification appearing for PM is different and for other team member role "Delivery Owner" is different.

Secondly we are getting FYI notification only when outcome is approved, but for rejection FYI rule is not appearing.

For PM both approval and rejection notifications are appearing.

I request PPM experts to review the attached documentation and help me in troubleshooting the issue.
