Report to Monitor User Activity

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a ask from the customer where in if a collection rep logs in and works an 8 hour shift, manager would like to pull a report to see how many transactions the user touched in oracle for that shift and or how long it takes a user to complete a trx. 

Is this possible?
