Billing control rest api

Dear All,

I am trying to access this billing control to get it or update it using this rest API: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/contracts/{contractsUniqID}/child/ContractLine/{LineId}/child/BillingControl/{BillingControlUniqID},

but every time I get an error: 404 Not Found

Why can't I access this resource, but i can create a new one? Can anyone provide help?
