How to assign partial landed cost charge (service PO) to the material PO-Landed Cost Management-LCM

Summary: Hello Oracle Experts, our client requirement is to create a service PO for some Misc. charges (Here PO is mandatory) and then need to assign that service PO charge to the Material PO. We used the Aggregate charge basis and created a Trade operation, but the whole service PO amount should not be allocated to one material PO and they should allocate the partial amount to the future incoming PO's as well. Tried this with different allocation basis also, but system is not allowing to assign partial amount.

Is there any possibility to achieve this requirement?
