Do we have any limitation on number of pricing models in pricing portal

Summary:

Our client got 2000 + price books which got created over period of time and they are in process of consolidating the same. In current world we denormalized these price books into 1 CPQ custom data table and use it to derive list price.

We all know only 30 price book can be created within CPQ and we hear from Oracle that their long term plan is to provide all price book feature in pricing portal. Do we have any limitation in number of pricing models ? as short term solution (until business consolidate all price books) can we go and created all these 2000 + price books as pricing models within CPQ
