Which process are required to be run after every a P2T or upgrade ?

Is it required to run below process after every upgrade or P2T -

ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS - each time with attached parameters.


Compute Users" with parameter "All Users

Also let us know if any other process also needs to be run post P2T and upgrade.
