HCM Department of Resource is different and Resource need to be assigned to different Resource Pool

Summary: One Resource belongs to the 'X' Department, but the same Department is not configured in the Resource Pool. However, the Resource needs to be moved to the 'Y' Department in the Project Resource Pool other than which is configured in HCM. Suggest how we can achieve this?
