How to remove the duplicates in rtf template

Summary:

Currently using the three Data sets in the report

First DS will contain the employee details,legal employer name ,Dept id and element amount

Second DS contains Based on the first data set will give the sum of the amount group by legal employer name

Third DS will contain the grand total based on the all the company sum of the amount

But am getting duplicate rows fetching the second and third DS
