Data Management - Multi Column Integration

Import format dimension not visible or mapped in Workbench

I've configured a multi-column all data type integration (Planning Workforce module) to import a file, however I'm hitting a problem with a dimension present in the import format that is not coming through in the mappings / workbench.

Any thoughts would be welcome (I've already recreated the integration).
