Error message Annual leave plan will fall below minimum limit when applying for business trip

Dear All

We have a situation that when we apply for business trip leave type which is not added to any plan , we are getting error message saying that " You Cant add this absence because your balance for the plan annual leave will fall below minimum limit " if the employee has negative balance in annual leave , but both leave type is diffrent and business trip type is not attached to any plan,
