How to transfer custom object record to another custom object in a program?

Hello,

 

I want to move custom object records from a program that handles a Custom Object “A” to another Program Builder that handles a Custom Object “B”, but it doesn't work well as I expected.

 

Question 1: Is there a way to move records from Custom Object Program A to custom Object Program Builder B and execute program processing?

 

Question 2: Is there a way to create new custom object records in the program or program builder?
