Minority Interest getting calculated at the common parent even when Cumulative Ownership % is 100

Summary:

Hi,

We have an entity that is owned by two different parent entities by 99.99% and 0.01%. It means that there is no Minority Interest on the top of that group. However, the application is creating the elimination NCI effects for the Group. Shouldn't FCCS "correct" this elimination effect in the FCCS_Entity Elimination Adj? What's the correct way of handling it in the ownership?
