File data Import behavior through OIC should be same as Load through UI

Description (Required):

FBDI Load through UI triggers ESS- Load Planning Data from Flat Files

FDBI Load through OIC triggers ESS- Load Interface File for Import

As the name differs the behavior also seems different. Through OIC integration when Data is pushed, even if one single record is errored in 1 Entity then The complete OIC system gets errored out as a result all remaining entities/CSV s in the ZIP also fail to load,

On the contrary when loading the same set of files through manual load/UI, if there is an error in 1 single entity, the system ignores the incorrect CSV and loads the remaining CSV files.
