Is it possible to make document as mandatory field at the time of validation contract for submission

Oracle Fusion Contract Management

Version: Release 23D

Business requirement: On the contact management (Navigator>> Contract Management Contracts), there is a tab call DOCUMENTS is available, where in user can attached the URL & other documents, Business wanted this document filed to be mandatory, so if a new contract is created or new version of contract is created, so before submission of contract for approval or at the time of validate the contract it will populate the error message.

We did try with the page composer but to make document mandatory is not available
