approval roles for change civil status/address

Hi everyone,

we need to configure an approval rule concerning a specific type of address that the user can add/modify/delete.

We have noticed the presence of two APPROVAL RULE for this action.

What is the difference between the two? Which one would be correct to use since we are only talking about CIVIL STATUS and ADDRESSES?
