Receipt cost not getting import to project

Summary:

We are using project driven supply chain feature where the follow step have followed to import the receipt cost to project.

1. Project related Purchase order with destination type 'Inventory' is created and once approved.
2. Ran the Update Project performance process
3. Ran Import commitment (PO related cost is available as commitment)
4. Receipt was created.
5. ran the transfer receiving cost to costing
6. ran create receipt distribution process (able to review receipt details)
7. Ran create accounting process in final mode.
8. Ran Import cost process (Cost is not getting imported to project)
9. however Ran the Update Project performance process and Ran Import commitment (PO related cost is reduced to the extend receipt)
