Issue with Gen2 Smartview URL links

We're having issues with Gen2 Smartview URL links in Citrix and Local Desktop.

After establishing the connection, Select company sign in option - Azure AD as we are not able to get and add company mail id.

We have created the Severity 1 Oracle SR 3-34651440941 : EPM links are not working in excel SmartView for few users for the same.
